Mocha Moms, Inc. was founded in 1997 in Prince Georges County, Maryland.  There are now over 100 chapters of Mocha Moms, Inc. throughout the United States. The organization is continually growing and evolving to meet the needs of our moms, their families, and their communities. 
 
Mocha Moms, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Mocha Moms, Inc. does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, sex, gender, socio-economic level, education, or religion. Anyone who supports the mission and purpose of Mocha Moms, Inc. is welcome to join.
 
The Middlesex County (NJ) Chapter which was chartered on January 21, 2012 by five mothers in our area,  Rosalind Cox-Larrieux, Sabine Richardson-Browne, Cyndia Lam, Henrietta Bell, and Edina Brown.  We are so grateful for their efforts as our chapter has continued to thrive over the years.  As of September 2018, our chapter currently have 34 members!
